⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A huge thanks to Joe at Tech Monkey for the awesome service. Joe supplied our company with BOB GPS units for all of our work vans, had everything set up and ready to go, and helped us through the installation process.

The turnaround time was incredibly quick, and Joe made the whole process easy from start to finish. Great communication, great service and nothing was too much trouble.

Highly recommend Joe and the team at Tech Monkey to any business looking for a reliable GPS tracking solution for their vehicles.

Thanks again, Joe — really appreciate the great service!

Having had my GPSBob tracker for almost 2 years I have to say that it has been totally reliable and access to the GPSBob "App" has never faltered, until 2 days ago. For some reason I couldn't log into my account to review the status of my tracker. Having tried repeatedly to reset my password I raised a request for assistance by email. At 9am today I received a call from GPSBob's solution centre. I spoke to Jason who very quickly directed me to the solution. He was professional, knowledgeable, customer focussed and very efficient. As a customer I could not have had a better experience. Thank you.

Great gps tracker second one I have . Ease to fit and use. Would recommend the product. Best best one best to buy . Mark

Having only had my car 12weeks before it was stolen ,the help& support from GPSBob has been 1st class ,from the day tracker was fitted, nothing has been to much trouble & the help over the phone after car was stolen has been brilliant highly recommend them

I recently purchased a GPSBob tracker through Amazon Australia and initially had trouble getting it connected. After contacting support, the team responded very quickly and worked through the troubleshooting process with me.
It turned out that the wrong device details had been assigned during setup, and once the issue was identified, GPSBob corrected it immediately. The tracker is now working perfectly and reporting the correct location.
What impressed me most was the level of customer support. The team was responsive, professional and genuinely focused on resolving the problem rather than passing me around or making me jump through hoops. Good support is hard to find these days, and GPSBob certainly delivered.
Now that it's up and running, the product is working well and doing exactly what I need.
Highly recommended.

Had to return a faulty tracker which arrived with gpsbob the following day ,I then received a phone
call to confirm they had my tracker and within 2 hours a fault had been found and they would send a replacement. This arrived after 2 days on a sunday their service is 1st class ,I would defiantly recommend.

Device keep sending me notifications that the device has lost power and the car can’t be tracked called support 15 time but they fail to fix the issue. Not sure what the device is supposed to do if can’t track the car.

Great service/ Great price and the app works well. Would recommend these guys

Fast delivery and device is exactly as desdribed and working perfectly.

App is a bit glichy to set up. had to delete original and download again. Now working perfectly.

I was unsure which tracker to buy these guys guided me on the best for my needs. It arrived within 48hrs and fitted 3 days later. Great honest company great aftersales service thoroughly happy with everything.

After struggling for far too long with my old Vodafone tracker, I knew it was time for a change. I could never get hold of Vodafone by phone or email, and even when it did connect, the tracking was unreliable at best. Not ideal when you’re trying to protect a motorhome.
After doing some research, I came across GPS BOB, and honestly, the difference has been night and day.
From my very first email—just a simple question—they replied quickly and clearly. They even gave me a call to talk through my options, which immediately gave me confidence that I was dealing with a company that actually cares about its customers.
The whole process, from initial contact to installation, was fantastic. Everything was explained properly, no jargon, no confusion. The installation was smooth, and the support throughout was spot on.
The tracker itself works brilliantly, and the app is excellent—simple, intuitive, and reliable. Exactly what you want when you’re keeping an eye on something as valuable as a motorhome.
If you’re fed up with poor communication and sketchy tracking, I can’t recommend GPS BOB enough. It’s been a breath of fresh air.

Now it is three years that I have used GPSBob as my vehicle tracking device. GPSBob delivered all my tracking needs in one simple solution. It is extremely reliable, easy to install and the most important part: hassle-free maintenance requirement,
It is an ideal solution for all my needs. It is a perfect solution with a great app.

A great product, easy to fit with 100% results every time. The app runs on ios, Android and Windows and is easy to use. This is the second one I've brought. Also very fast delvery, 24 hours.

Perfect experience. Efficient, available, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
Product is working well, app is excellent, installation included.
All of the above and about 50% of the cost quoted by our motorhome dealership.
You'd be daft not to talk to GPSBob.

I am really impressed with GPSBob. The tracker was well packaged with clear instructions. It arrived quickly and was easy to install.

Having previously owned a premium brand subscription model tracker I was sceptical but I can honestly say this unit does everything I need it to do and has exceeded my expectations.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend GPSBob to anyone who needs to track and monitor a vehicle.

Straight forward communication and instructions. Called to enquire and given all information needed and straightforward to set up online. Handed over tracker to engineer and fitted without issue. Knowledgeable engineer and very friendly. Up and running within week. Exactly what you want.

After initially having issues with positional accuracy and trying different positions on the vehicle the problem was finally resolved by GPSBob by exchanging the tracker, which now seems to be functioning correctly.

Excellent service at a competitive price. Very happy with the product and process, and impressed by the customer service I received. Highly recommend. I hope I never need to see how efficient GPSBob is should someone steal my vehicle, but I am confident the tracker and their commitment increase the chance of it being recovered. Thank you to the team for helping me decide the best option to suit my needs, without trying to oversell; and thank you for taking the time to make the process easier than it could have been.

Today, my tracker was installed to my motorhome.

The chap who did the job was great - arrived on time, made no mess, was quick and efficient and explained everything to me before he left.

From start to finish my experience with GPSBob has been nothing less than fantastic.
Ordering was simple, delivery was fast, selecting an installation date was easy and communication with the company was simple and fast.

could not fault any of the process from ordering to the fitting of tracker
Excellent service
Wish all companies were like this

Had a look at so many trackers before I choose this to be honest it seemed to good to be true !super easy to install to battery and the app is so simple ,I love the fact you buy it and no subscription but that's its still a top product .brought as I'm a lone worker so ideal for my location and also brilliant if gets stolen. Amazed at the quality of this product and have since recommended to 2 other people!

Ease of communication. Delivery was quick and installation went perfectly.
Clear easy to follow instructions and setting up of the app.
Reasonable on going monthly network costs compared to others in the marketplace.

GPSBob is a hiden gem, with optional levels of tracing to suit budgets, very happy with the tracker on my dumper, very easy to fit, the app took a bit of figuring out but its very good
