Excellent post sales technical support!

Having had my GPSBob tracker for almost 2 years I have to say that it has been totally reliable and access to the GPSBob "App" has never faltered, until 2 days ago. For some reason I couldn't log into my account to review the status of my tracker. Having tried repeatedly to reset my password I raised a request for assistance by email. At 9am today I received a call from GPSBob's solution centre. I spoke to Jason who very quickly directed me to the solution. He was professional, knowledgeable, customer focussed and very efficient. As a customer I could not have had a better experience. Thank you.

Excellent Product, Outstanding Customer Support

I recently purchased a GPSBob tracker through Amazon Australia and initially had trouble getting it connected. After contacting support, the team responded very quickly and worked through the troubleshooting process with me.
It turned out that the wrong device details had been assigned during setup, and once the issue was identified, GPSBob corrected it immediately. The tracker is now working perfectly and reporting the correct location.
What impressed me most was the level of customer support. The team was responsive, professional and genuinely focused on resolving the problem rather than passing me around or making me jump through hoops. Good support is hard to find these days, and GPSBob certainly delivered.
Now that it's up and running, the product is working well and doing exactly what I need.

Return faulty tracker

Had to return a faulty tracker which arrived with gpsbob the following day ,I then received a phone
call to confirm they had my tracker and within 2 hours a fault had been found and they would send a replacement.This arrived after 2 days on a sunday their service is 1st class ,I would defiantly recommend.

Device keep sending me notifications that the device has lost power and the car can’t be tracked called support 15 time but they fail to fix the issue. Not sure what the device is supposed to do if can’t track the car.

A Total Game Changer for My Motorhome

After struggling for far too long with my old Vodafone tracker, I knew it was time for a change. I could never get hold of Vodafone by phone or email, and even when it did connect, the tracking was unreliable at best. Not ideal when you’re trying to protect a motorhome.

Initial problems with locational accuracy
